Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

We want you to be 100% happy with your order. When you buy your product from us which we have delivered and you are unhappy with it you can return your cabin, for any reason, in the original condition and packaging to receive a full refund or a replacement. Please notify us of any cancellations with in 14 days of us receiving your order. for a full refund. We must be informed of any damages from transit within 2 days of receipt.

As soon as we receive the product in its original condition we can issue a refund or organise a replacement for you. When returning your goods we do advise you to return them by courier. You must obtain proof of postage and a receipt of the charges. If the mistake is ours we will happily cover your return charges.

If you want to return an item back to us please contact us and will let you know the full details of where to send your product and what information to include. In most cases items do not need to be sent to our Brinsley address so please contact us before you return anything.
 
This is a natural product and due to the thickness of the woods, natural cracks might appear, and this will not be consdidered as a reason for replacement, this enhances your cabin making it individually yours.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
 After you have ordered your cabin, and you need to cancel ,with no fault of Brinsley log cabins, we will need a written letter to confirm the cancellation. 
 
Brinsley log cabins can charge an administration and cancellation fee. This will be determined on a daily rate, and brinsley log cabins will inform you of this after they have recieved the letter.  Brinsley log cabins will refund any deposit paid minus the cancellation and administration fee.
However after a peroid of 14 days or if your cabin is in stock in our warehouse and is awaiting delivery, You may have to wait till your cabin is sold to another customer before your money is refunded.
